PESM 2023 is the
thirteenth meeting dedicated to plasma etch and strip. This two-day workshop co-organized by CEA-Leti and CNRS-LTM will be held in Grenoble, France on 19th-20th June 2023 with an approximate attendance of 100 plasma processing researchers and technologists.
The initiative to organize the workshop received a lot of support from engineers and scientists around the world who already participated in the last PESM workshops organized in Grenoble (

We are pursuing industrial sponsorships both as a means to help defray the registration costs to the workshop attendees as well as an opportunity to provide sponsors with ideally targeted, high visibility advertising.
